1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or accessing any content from Beauty High School™, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of legal consent in your state/territory) to enrol. If under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
3. Course Access
Each enrolment is for individual use only. Sharing your login or course materials with others is prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Course access duration and updates will be specified at purchase (e.g. 12 months access).
4. Payments & Refunds
All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
Refunds are only available in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Once course materials or digital downloads have been accessed, refunds are not available unless the course is deemed defective or misrepresented.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, handbooks, and downloads are the property of Beauty High School™ and its instructors.
You may not copy, distribute, or resell any part of the content without written permission.
6. Behaviour & Conduct
We maintain a supportive and respectful learning environment.
We reserve the right to revoke access if a student engages in abusive, inappropriate, or unethical behaviour towards instructors, other students, or models.
7. Student Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Practising all techniques safely and within your scope of training and local laws.
Obtaining any required qualifications or insurance before offering treatments to clients.
Following all infection control and health regulations for your state or territory.
8. Disclaimer
All training is for educational purposes only.
Beauty High School™ and its instructors are not liable for injury, loss, or damages arising from misuse of the information provided.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beauty High School™ is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from your use of the courses or website.
10. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or unlawful use of the content.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under NSW jurisdiction.
